This was a good stay for the price. Private, helpful caretaker and overall quite comfortable. The property is a bit more run down than expected. Food was satisfactory. Very spacious property and bedrooms were comfortable.

Place was huge. Large size bedrooms, specious bathrooms. Loads of balconies and fantastic garden. Pool was clean and kitchen was well equipped. Great place for a large party. Its bit far from the city area and swiggy takes forever to deliver. But if you are looking for a private villa with peace and quite, its a great choice.

Was expecting a serene surrounding for my stay but , construction work was being carried out on the plot opposite the villa… also, was expecting a bit of courtesy from the house keeping team upon our arrival and stay… only on the last day the house keeping staff interacted a little… No initiative from the house keeping team to make us feel at home… in fact we were asked to not lock the doors ( entry / exit point for the staff ) during the night time.. we were a bit uncomfortable with these instructions and decided to not follow it…the sofa in the living room was broken and was off balance…the sofa covers were rough with stains on it…the toilet seats were stained .. overall it was an ok stay …
