Our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is equipped with kitchen, living/dining rooms, breeze way, front porch, washer dryer, driveway parking for 2 vehicles and a backyard with a sun sail, gas BBQ, Wood or Charcoal BBQ/ fire pit. This is the perfect place to stay to visit family, friends and local attractions. We are about 1 mile from the entrance of Moody Air Force Base and about 12 miles to local attractions such as Wild Adventures. Dollar General nearby about 1 mile, Walmart nearby also. The front porch has two rocking chairs, perfect for enjoying the evening sun. Inside, the large sofa provides plenty of space for everyone to get comfortable to watch a movie. Several of the seats recline. The Surf Room has two twin beds, a Smart TV, a dresser and a desk. The closet in this room is not accessible. The Jungle room has a queen bed, a Smart TV, dresser and night stands. The closet in this room is also not accessible. Between the Surf room and the Jungle room, is a bathroom with shower/tub combination. Back to the living room, you'll find a large desk with chair. In the dining room, a large table gives you lots of space for the family to gather around. We have a smaller table to play games on that is also in the dining room. In the kitchen, you'll have two bar stools and everything you need to prepare meals. There's a standard coffee maker, a single cup coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, air fryer, waffle maker, pots and pans. There's plenty of baking sheets and some muffin pans. The laundry room has a washer and dryer provided for you to use. We provide a couple laundry pods to get you started. The master bedroom has a large walk in closet that you may use however needed. The iron and ironing board is hung on the closet door. The King bed is comfortable and cozy. You'll have plenty of room for clothes storage in the dresser. The en-suite master bathroom has a soaking tub separated from the stand up shower stall. Off the kitchen you'll have a screened breezeway to enjoy the outside air without mosquitos bothering you. Enjoy a campfire or cook dinner over the Barbecue Fire pit. We've made kebobs over our campfire. There's also a propane grill if you prefer. Relax while your food is cooking, at the patio table with four chairs. You will not have garage access during your stay. While we are pet friendly, we cannot have cats in our home.
