Minha estada em Barcelona foi perfeita. Roberto é uma pessoa muito gentil e atendeu prontamente as pequenas dúvidas que tive, também foi muito atencioso em nossa comunicação. Recomendo fortemente este imóvel, sendo a localização seu ponto alto, impossível ser melhor.

We stayed in this apartment for a month mid March to mid April, and loved every minute! This apartment is amazing!! We found it very spacious, and even though the road noise could be loud (normal city noises), we were able to close the doors to the living room at night, and we never heard a thing! The kitchen had everything we needed, including the clothes washing machine. It had a dryer setting, but we hung everything out the window, and it was dry in hours. The location is perfect, with so many restaurants to choose from and also close to Mercat del Ninot if we wanted to stay in and cook. There are also two metros only a couple of blocks from the apartment. A lot of the tourist areas were close enough that we would walk to them then take the metro home. The best part of this rental is Roberto! He would respond almost immediately whenever I had a question. He was very flexible with both check in and out, which is always fabulous when traveling! Highly recommended!!!

Roberto is a great host. His instructions were very helpful. He was responsive to any requests we had. The apartment was very spacious. Great for a couple, small family, or just a couple of friends traveling Barcelona. Couldn’t recommend this apartment more.

We never did to travel to Barcelona.. due to Covid. Our daughter.. who lives in Barcelona spent a week instead of us. At the time of booking the owner specifically mentioned and quote.. "remember that Airbnb gives you a price that includes utilities, electricity and gas are really expensive in Europe due to the was in Ukraine. Last month I paid 210€ in electricity and almost 200€ in gas. " Then after a week the harrasement about the electricity began. He has no central heating.. Here is what our daughter has said about the place. "I had a terrible experience staying at this Airbnb. Throughout the entire stay the owner kept insisting that I do not use electricity so he wouldn’t have to pay for a high bill. He went so much as to tell me which date I was using electricity. This is a big drafty apartment yet you provide no central heating for your guests? The apartment was filthy looked like there was no cleaner and he was the one cleaning himself. I had to wash the
