Please do not make reservation with this account. This host does not exist even though the address is correct. Aibnb confirmed my booking, money paid. I contacted the host following the provided contact and she told me that she is no longer a host at Lavis 18. I went to the residence, the receptionist doesn't have a glue about my booking. I have to pay by cash for the room again including an extra of 1 Million VND in order to stay there for two nights. Above all of that, Cedric from Airbnb handled the situation and supported me professionally but still, this account has not been suspended yet. Airbnb offered to refund the payment and cover 50% of the difference in cost for my trouble which is around $25 and I have to pay for the rest which I didn't expect at all and the check-in process also watses my time.
