Basic flat with an excellent location that covers for our needs. We could easily visit family in the area, as well as visit to Helsinki, without the need for a car. Walking distance to Iso Omena, a large shopping center witch also host most of other services you need. Iso Omena is also the regional communication hub with metro and bus station. The metro makes travel to Helsinki effortless. It’s also walking distance to the new swimming-hall, as well as small green spots for walking, running or bicycling without competition for space with cars and motorcycles. The flat had an effective layout, and had most what was needed included for our stay. Included was also a parking space in the garage, but we didn’t use this option as we didn’t bring the car. We have notified the host of a odor in the flat. The odor appeared a couple of times a day, which mean it came and went without we found a pattern. We believe it came with the centralized ventilation system. They appropriate our feedback and told that they would aim to correct this issue as quick as possible. We will came back in the region, but if we choose this flat again, depends on if the alternative flat had better standard as well as the good location.

The place was excellent, just as the listing suggests. Very clean, very neat and located right across the road from Iso Omena at Matinkylä metro station. During my stay, the drains became blocked and the host was super fast and effective at sorting out the issue. I stayed for a month and it was a great place to stay and work from.

Autopaikka parkkihallissa, ison kauppakeskuksen palvelut sekä metro ja paikallisbussiterminaali kadun toisella puolen (ja pian myös uimahalli). Merenrantaan ja ulkoilualueille (keskuspuisto) noin 1-1,5km matka.
