Upstairs is a small office space, a loft area with a comfortable sleeping double chaise lounge, and big-screen TV as well as the second full bath. Both baths have been recently remodeled—upscale showers and tubs. Downstairs has a walk-in shower and upstairs has a shower/tub combo. There are 50" TVs in both bedrooms with streaming services available. The movie loft will be your favorite place to relax with its 65" TV, comfy double chaise lounge and bean bag chairs! Please Note: This unit is not equipped with cable TV. If you desire to watch local news come prepared to log into your home TV service on your phone to stay up to date. Kitchen is fully equipped for the home chef... cutting boards, knives, knife sharpener, baking dishes, pots, roasters, blender/food processor, crock-pot, and more. You'll even find a spice rack full of fresh spices! Feel extra special with the espresso/coffee maker combo and an electric kettle for your favorite tea. WiFi provided of course. HOA does not allow renters to bring pets and smoking in condo is not allowed. We will check the condo immediately after departure and you will be fined for violating these policies. Rates vary by date and season. July 4th, Christmas/New Year's and President's holiday/Ski Week dates are higher. Holiday periods including Thanksgiving also require a 3-night minimum stay. The best trip that i have ever had!
We had wonderful time here, came here for my son's ski lessons at Diamond Peak. Janet's place was perfect for us given the proximity
It was a very nice stay. Very well equipped. Everything you could need was there including lots of extras that made it feel home from home. The accommodation was spotless. Janet was an excellent host. Hope to stay again!
Janet is super organized and thorough - does everything she can to ensure your stay exceeds expectations. Location is great close to restaurants, shopping, outdoor activity, etc. Interior is in great condition with updated furniture, appliances, technology, etc. Would highly recommend this property to a small family.
This was a beautiful retreat perfect for a family of 4 or more. They had 2 king size beds and a loft with a couch that was used as a bed by my teenager son. My teenager daughter had the king size bed all to herself. They also had TVs in each room so there was a time when we were all watching a movie in each TV. The kitchen is functional with all the pots and pans and utensils needed. The toaster is not a toaster oven so we used the stove to toast bulky French bread. All in all everything was perfect. Beautiful rustic antler chandelier added that extra wow effect. We used the fireplace which kept the room warm. They also had suggestions on where to go to snow play and sled. We were planning to buy sleds because ours had recently broken after several years of use but they had 3 sleds to use and we didn't end up buying sleds. The ski resort was nearby less than 10min away. All in all, it was a cozy place and do recommend.

Condo is tucked away behind the Championship Golf Course in Incline Village. The Raley's Plaza with all your shopping needs is .7 miles away. You are 1.5 miles from Incline Beach and 1.7 miles from Diamond Peak. The Hyatt Casino is 1.7 miles away. In winter the little ones will enjoy sledding on the hilly terrain at the Chateau/Golf Course nearby.
Uber and Lyft serve Incline Village. In summer there is a free van service called TART which provides door to door rides on-demand with under a 1 hour wait.
4-wheel drive vehicles with snow tires are recommended in winter and chains are often mandated in the area.
