You need to book this!!! Absolutely stunning cozy industrial space that has every modern convenience. Very secure building, two short flights of stairs to get to living area. Lots of room to spread out and even an enclosed community "front porch" with comfy seating and lots of cheerful sunlight. The spacious kitchen and bathroom were spotless. Plenty of plush towels, blankets and area rugs to make you feel right at home. Bed and living room furniture were perfect for resting and relaxing. Walkable to Farmer's Market, Huntington Center, Fifth Third Field and lots of restaurants. Plentiful and FREE parking at the building both on the street and in the lot across the street. And, as an added bonus, you may be blessed with some farm fresh eggs if the local chickens are feeling generous! Tim was incredibly responsive and provided some great suggestions for seeing live music in the area during my stay. I will absolutely stay here again when I'm in the area!

Great stay for our first AirBNB experience. This space was more than amazing! The hosts were fantastic and what a unique amazing place! Thanks for your graciousness. We can’t wait to be back!

Tim & Dana were wonderful hosts & always available! The Loft was beautifully appointed with comfy furniture, nice kitchen, plenty of room & interesting view. The sunrise views from the shared ‘patio’ were gorgeous! The wall of windows initially made me wonder about privacy but the power shades allowed us to choose how open/private awe wanted to be. Only drawback for us was stairs (at 75 + years …. ). Hoping you get an elevator soon because we would love to come back! The hosts are delightful people we hope to meet up with again!
