The property offers 1.3 acres with a backyard gazebo, grill area and open lawn areas with beautiful trees to hang hammocks and enjoy the fire pit. A cozy sunroom, completely covered with glass and climate controlled overlooks the entire backyard. A spacious and elegant living room with a chimney, sofas and small bar allows for guests to relax in a private space. The game room has a pool table, as well as a tv and sofa for guests to watch their favorite movies and programs. The kitchen allows guests to store and cook their own foods. Hot breakfast is offered and can be added to your room fees. Dinner for special occasions is also offered with an added fee. A separate dining area allows for 4 to 6 guests to sit comfortably. Laundry service is offered separately by the pound or by the piece. Upstairs there are 2 separate and distinct bedrooms, each with a smart tv and closet which share a bathroom. A 3rd bedroom has it's own private bathroom, as well as a closet and smart tv.
