Patrick is an excellent host, super friendly and hospitable. His house is always clean and he supplied household items such as soap, paper towels, trash bags, etc. The room was very big, with large windows that let lots of sunshine in. The bed was large and comfy and came with 4 large pillows. The kitchen was narrow but still comfortable to cook full meals. The bathroom was clean and there was always hot water. I also have to mention that the wifi is fast and reliable. I work remotely and take online classes, so I was on video calls daily and never had any connection problems. Something really cool about Patrick’s place is the big backyard area with a grill, pool/ping pong table, and a sitting area, which is perfect for relaxing or hanging out. Overall, the area, house, and Patrick were great, I would definitely stay there again!

My sixth Airbnb, and by far the best. And I am including my own brother’s in Manhattan! Clean, spacious, comfortable, great neighborhood, convenient to buses and subways. I can’t say enough. And, of course, Patrick is a terrific host! I hope I have the chance to stay there again. Wonderful!
