It's a building with three flats shared by other guests, but you will find your flat peaceful and is not disturbed by others. Great place and a great location. My only reservation was that the lock from inside the main entrance to the flat did not work very well.

We spent unforgettable time in this house. Very nice view, excellent location, all quiet, safe, clean. All works, hot shower, internet, everything is perfect. Friendly hosts, always helped in any questions. No problems at all with either check-in or accommodation. Recommend!

this place was a great spot to stay for a bit in pokhara. we loved having a kitchen and our own space to get more of a feeling of living there. great amenities for a Nepali rental! and comfy bed for Nepal! :) I'd stay here again. view from the roof is epic and the apt is very close to everything I wanted to do

We stayed here for three weeks. It was nice to stay at Sumatra’s place, initially we stayed on the ground floor, and then we moved to the first floor, the host was kind to do this for us, without any delay. There is a caretaker whom can be contacted and he always fix the troubles (no water / fan and lights not working) there were constant power problem and water issue, most of the days we even filled the water in the tank by ourselves (by turning on the motor) we realized that they do have trouble with water. The bathing water wasn’t warm for many days, even though there is a solar heater and few days it was sunny, this might have been a family house so there were many cute paintings on the wall, my kids enjoyed them. The bed in the second bedroom on the second floor was a little too rough, with the spring almost coming out, it was a bit scratchy as I slept on it, it served the purpose of our visit so we were happy. The water problem did give us a little hard time.
