Frank was a great host for us. Super responsive. Very easy to deal with. Extremely accommodating. Would highly recommend for anyone that wants a nice little getaway to the beach.

Everything was as described. Frank communicated and was available for all my concerns and questions. His space was spotless and had all amenities. 5 stars hands down! Will definitely stay here again! Excellent host!

Schönes, sauberes und angenehm großes Zimmer mit privatem Eingang und kleinem eigenen Bad. Die Lage in der Nähe zum Strand war sehr gut. Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar. Frank ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für unsere letzte Nacht nach einer anstrengenden Reise genau das Richtige. Das Haus an sich benötigt dringend die eine oder andere Reparatur, aber das Zimmer war gut in Schuss und sauber.

Cozy casual convenient place. Frank met me at check in and showed me the place, explaining details of the room, kitchen area and bathroom. Easy to park since it was a designated spot on the driveway. Thanks Frank for offering an affordable place!
