Nice place to stay for family. Apartment is spacious and well maintained. Host and local watchman are friendly and available. Overall we had a great experience.

The pictures of Parnakuti Homestay's interior, that are given on the Airbnb listing, don't match the actual place as the maintenance is very poor - especially in the kitchen and toilets/washrooms. There's a lack of basic amenities like drinking water, cutlery and plates. There were no proper tea cups or even sugar in the pantry. However, the living room and bedrooms were spacious and not too bad. The natural surroundings was refreshing and the seating area towards the back, beside the place, was great to unwind in.

The photos provided and the house are worlds apart, we had a 3bhk set back style, small rooms no wardrobe space not enough power sockets, old tv no cable connection, the water purifier was not working, 2 bedrooms had attached bathroom, the sizes are way too small, another bedroom came with common bath and seperate toilet decent. Huge and too many mosquitos the caretaker kept disappearing we had to keep summoning him for every thing. The light switches at a few places did electrocute us, however the caretaker got a tester and denied so we left the switches on and decided not to touch them again. The 3bhk has no access to the stairs or the views provided in pictures, the building needs cleaning real bad, due to humidity the house reeks of mould. Spare beds are stuffed in wardrobes and attics which is not acceptable! Was very disappointed but Uday was very helpful in helping us reach location and providing other details. The order in menu they have from Dollops please do not order very bad food, overly priced!! First time ever I had a bad garlic naan. Lemon juice was good however.

Great stay and a great host. Go for it anytime. Stay is a bit interior but still close to the city.
