This is a very nice place. There were a couple of low rated reviews that had me worried but I didn't experience any of the issues described in those reviews. Nick was responsive and flexible with my check-in time. While a little dated, it was clean and comfortable and a very good value. I would definitely stay here again!

Not a bashing review just a honest review . Host didn’t respond for us to check in prior to 5pm as listed which is okay but would’ve liked an answer of yes or no. We checked in at 5pm and had somewhere to be at 6Pm. We got this unit in December of 2023. We arrived to the unit being at 63 degrees . We put in the reservation two kids under 2 . We arrived and Nick informed us “move the heat up just a little bit so we don’t overrun the system” we moved it from 63 to 68 and left for two hours came back to it at 63 still. Contacted nick and was instantly met with blame for over running the system because I moved it 5 degrees . We did not stay and contacted customer support. His response and messages to us was very unprofessional. House is a good stay but sounds like they have AC issues also as I read the reviews I wouldn’t recommend to anyone honestly at this point . Could go on but that’s the main issue no heat in the winter and it’s not listed like that.

We really appreciated the accurate description and clean and cozy space that Nick provided while we visited family in the area. Nick was also prompt to remedy the few issues we had at no fault of his own, which we greatly appreciated. We would be happy to crash here again in the future. Thanks, Nick!

This is a really great place to stay! My son and I stayed here on the way to Chicago! It is a perfect place to stay and so comfortable! I recommend this place so highly!
