I got away from a busy city life and stayed for 2 nights at Lynnie's caravan in the country which I found peaceful, safe and relaxing. I enjoyed the sound of bird singing in the morning and the cicadas humming throughout the day. Lynnie provided me with clean white sheets and clear instructions of how to navigate inside the tiny caravan. It was a simple accomodation but have met my expectations as per photos shown in her AirBnB. Lynnie was a generous host. The plums and blackberries were abundant and gladly shared them with me. Her life stories were interesting and amusing. She's got a lovely dog Ty, and free range chickens in the property. A few short and long walks were also available around the area. The accomodation is also near the town. Thank you Lynnie for this one of a kind experience at you place in Akaroa. Great place to have a quiet "me" time, to explore or have a cold drink and lovely meal in town.

Lynnie was away when I stayed but still kept in touch to let me know what was available and to check all was well. Her home was a wonderful place to unwind and her dog Tye took good care of me. Would highly recommend staying here!
