I had to stay for over a month at Vikram’s place for personal reasons and my experience has been extremely positive…. Vikram is a great host who is very helpful with anything that is required.. right from the check in process to helping me with food arrangements and many other things … he is always available to help you.. he also provided me with recommendations regarding the market and restaurants in the area.. Coming to the place.. I found it as described in the listing.. I got what I paid for .. a decent and clean place with all the basic amenities…I felt right at home from day one onwards … there are great food options nearby to order from and also instamart delivers you stuff within 10 mins .. Overall I would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Delhi for a few days or an extended stay ..

Booked this property for a new year get together, and i must say this one is pretty good. Host Vikram sir is very warm and welcoming person. Caretaker Anshul sir managed and arranged each and everything which we asked for. We had a bonfire and complete terrace to ourselves. would highly recommend this property for people looking for budget stays.
