We were so happy with the veiws, neighborhood and the lovely well stock home. The bedding was so comfortable and high quality. Everything just felt right for all of our needs. We would go again. It was perfect for our two dogs. The pool was everything we were hoping for. Thanks

Never knew we could love a place so much. Came to Ivins with my family for a work project for 7 weeks. Wanted a private pool. Ivins was a little further out than I wanted to be. But it was well worth it. Brand new Harmons within a mile. Red rock views of Snow Canyon to die for. Such a wonderful place. We were all anxious for some cooler weather. But it was hard to leave. THE BEST STOCKED Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Everything we needed right down to a kitchenaid and every other utensil you could want. The pool saved our lives!! Kids loved it. Wife loved it. Great neighborhood. So patriotic and just a slice of the American dream. If you get a chance. You won’t regret it.

We stayed at this property in Ivans for two months. It was wonderful! The home has everything you could need. It has a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. My husband was working from the home - the wifi was excellent and the owners have a printer and shredder. The home has a beautiful backyard with a bar, grill, fire-table, and a fabulous swimming pool. We stayed in the winter so we did not get to use it much. During the warmer months you will likely spend most of your time in the back yard. The home was clean and well cared for. The best part about being at the home were the lovely neighbors. They made us feel so welcome even though we were temporary residents. Also - we love Ivans! The home is down the street from the Santa Clara River Reserve which has hiking and biking trails, petroglyphs, ancient ruins and stunning scenery. It is just a few miles from Snow Canyon which also is full of history, biking and hiking trails. Ivans is the place to avoid the crowds in St. George during busy weekends.

This place was beyond and above amazing ! So very clean, cozy, beautifully decorated and equipped with anything one might possibly need to have a truly enjoyable stay. The large backyard was beautiful and offered stunning views of the mountains. The spa-like master bathroom with a jetted tub and a spacious walk-in shower was the perfect spot to relax. Ben and Barbara were incredible hosts, too: very quick in responses, helpful and friendly. All that said, we are thoroughly satisfied with our stay and would recommend this house to anyone.
