The host was very responsive from the beginning prior booking, to every query I had. As I was here on a vacation, I was looking for places that are walkable from the Metro Station. This one at Auris Boutique Hotel, was the perfect fit! It was 10 mins walk to Mashreq Metro Station and may be 12-15 mins walk to Mall of Emirates station(it can be faster if you walk fast unlike me :P) My check in was smooth, totally loved the place when I got in. I had spent a lot of time in reading reviews and was very worried on how the place I choose would be. For this place as well, I had read reviews on AirBNB and other websites, and I must say I was totally satisfied when I got in. The place completely resembled the pictures that have been posted. The entire house was spacious and well lit. The bathroom was very clean and well maintained. The house was cleaned on a daily basis on request. I would only suggest detergent for clothes and soap for utensils to be placed here! All in all loved the stay!

They were quick to respond and help out. Very close to the Mall of the Emirates. Very close to the metro. Only downside loud noises at night, but you are in a prime location

Stay away! Horrible experience, waited multiple hours to check in. Host was not responsive. The location was okay. Room had a strong odor and Wi-Fi was not working. After asking the front office about the Wi-Fi the response was to try again until it worked. Then a staff member came knocking on the door for additional check in information. At that point I was 2 hours deep into check-in, I still had my luggage in the car, I decided to leave. On my way out I finally got response back from the host, but it wasn’t via text or on the Airbnb app. but instead one of the staff of the establishment took me aside and exposed himself as the host. Save time, stress and money stay somewhere else. Cheers!
