Really lovely stay, such a pretty little cottage in a really pretty garden. Absolutely everything we needed and very friendly and pleasant host. Very peaceful setting, lots of birdlife and close to Sandbaai beached. We loved our stay, thank you.

We spent 10 days in Ilse's quaint little flower cottage. We loved it ❤️ As a mom with two little kids, staying in someone's home is always stressful because we don't want to ruin anyone's property so the carpets were quite intimidating but overall it was a lovely homey little space. My girls loved the birds and flowers and we spent a lot of quality time on the front porch which was lovely! Ilse communicated nicely with us and we arrived to a clean space. In terms of location, it is in a quiet neighborhood. It is quite close to the mall and beautiful pools in sandbaai but not within a close walking distance to beaches or restaurants. We were sad to leave and would love to return to beautiful Hermanus soon! Thank you so much Ilse for opening your home so that our little family could catch a break from the busy Gauteng life. We enjoyed our stay and we appreciate you so much!

Very enjoyable stay in Ilse’s flower cottage! Loved the birdlife and beautiful garden with stoep overlooking all. Good location to explore different options for beaches by Onrus and Hermanus.
