Albert, you failed to pick up my calls when I reached Kisumu. You wanted me to cancel my booking such that I pay you cash instead . After realizing I wasn't going to pay you cash, you stopped picking my calls. You told me your card account is not working. Yet I had paid with my Visa card! I ended up going to a hotel!
