Megan & Josh’s Airbnb was perfect. If you have kids/doggies, this is the right place for you. They have at least 6’ wired fencing around the property (huge front and backyard) so your kids/fur babies can roam freely (we had 2 huskies) - just remember to close BOTH gates in the front. We stayed in February so it snowed in Bend, but the cozy home had thermostats in every room so everyone was comfortable. Everything was modernized (pictures don’t do it justice), fully stocked and we appreciated the little touches to the place that made it feel like home. We didn’t want to leave and wished we could extend our stay! They were incredibly responsive and Megan worked her magic in having a balloon garland and flowers for a special birthday girl. I will absolutely stay here again and recommend it!

My family and I have stayed at Kos House multiple times and we love it. Megan and and Josh are responsive and make us feel welcome all the time. My 5 year old enjoys playing the kids room with all the games and toys. Definitely a place to stay when visiting Bend.

Beautiful home with plenty of amenities for our family. We took our 3 daughters and two friends to ski Mt Bachelor. Plenty of hot water for all the girls to shower each night which is a huge bonus with 5 girls. Great direction and Megan and Josh were very responsive and accommodating. Definitely would return again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Kos House very much. It is newly updated with attractive flooring appliances, and beautiful bathrooms. There is great separation of space between the master bedroom and bathroom with the other 3 bedrooms and bathroom so everyone can feel comfortable. The central living space has a wood burning stove which makes that space warm and cozy, the kitchen is well equipped with a great gas stove, and the hot tub is easily accessible. For those who are bringing dogs, the huge fenced back yard was much appreciated. For people with accessibility needs, there are 2 large steps into the house and garage. Once you are in the house it is all on one level. The main part of the house is not carpeted. There is a grab bar next to the toilet and a walk-in shower with a bench in the main bathroom. The bed in the main bedroom is low which allows for easier transfers, and has space underneath for a transfer chair. I was able to be largely independent in a wheelchair.
