What a great house! All as on photos! Nodar met us 22.00+ kindly explained everything, showed all in the house and throughout our stay was on the phone reach! Nodar thank you very much for your hospitality! You are one of the best hosts we had in the whole world :) We asked to remove all the easily braking items,provide a baby cot and to my surprise they had baby feeding chair!! It was very pleasant stay! House is bright, clean, view from windows are breathtaking!! Eventhou house is facing a road, closing windows reduce road noise to zero! There is really nothing to say negative about the house. Host and house exceeded our expectations We were very happy with our stay Thank you Nodar one more time, and will see you again :)

It was comfortable and equipped to a high standard. There was everything you need for your daily needs and more. Rooms and beds were comfortable. You have a wonderful view on Tbilisi. Everything was available in sufficient quantities and of good quality. A small minus: WiFi signal wasn't good everywhere in the apartment. The apartment is almost at the top of a 23-floor building, but there are 2 elevators and - if necessary - a stairwell ;-) The neighborhood is very lively. Especially during rush hour, you hear traffic when the window is open. Wihin a few minutes you can reach all kind of restaurants (fast food, traditional Georgian cuisine, ital. restaurants, and much more). There are also 24/7 supermarkets within walking distance. The next metro station is just a few minutes' walk away. All in all, we highly recommend this apartment. It was great for our stay in Tbilisi. Nodar was friendly, communicative and welcomed us personally and introduced the apartment and location. Thank you
