Another wonderful stay in Lee Ann’s fabulous historical home. The house is well-stocked with essentials, including in the kitchen where we had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving feast. It snowed for two days of our stay and the house stayed incredibly warm and cozy. The location is also very convenient — minutes from the rec center where our boys like to swim, across the street from delicious AKA Kitchen, and just on the walkable outskirts of downtown. Lee Ann is incredibly responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had a great Thanksgiving stay. We’re already looking forward to our next booking!

This definitely is the best Airbnb in Loveland! Everything was exactly as described and the pictures don’t do the house justice. It has been totally renovated and is gorgeous. We had a family mini reunion with our grandkids who live nearby. The home was very comfortable and plenty of space for all. The furnishings were very comfortable. Lee Ann was very helpful with anything we needed. We can’t wait to visit again!

The nuances of the old house were actually charming and educational concerning the era it was built. The kitchen was well appointed. The rose bushes in the side yard and back yard were aromatic and lovely. The grounds were well kept. Issues of concern were people parked in cars on the street adjacent to the house on Friday and Saturday long into the night. The house itself is across the street from a large downtown Century Link building. On a positive note we were in walking distance from restaurants and other attractions.
