Overall the villa was very nice and our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. Major positives were the views out over the sea onto Es Vedra which was great for watching the sunset. Truly beautiful. The pool was great. It’s very large (you can get some good lengths in), it was warm and great for children as it is shallow at both ends. We had a lot of fun times in there. Improvements could be made by updating some of the furniture/cushions outside which have got a bit tatty and some of the appliances in particular the oven which was dated and difficult to cook in. There is no air conditioning outside of the bedrooms so no where to retreat to as a group in the heat. I would recommend getting a car if you can as the villa is some distance from any amenities. We used taxis to get around which was not that convenient. If you do decide to do the same we found taxis were easiest to get from the 7pines hotel just down the road. The concierge there were great and would order them for us.

Grande villa bien équipée avec une splendide vue mer depuis le dernier étage. Anna et son collègue nous ont bien reçu et étaient à l’écoute. Nous aurions aimé être informés du vis-à-vis depuis la terrasse de la villa voisine sur la piscine, du fait qu’il n’y ait pas de climatisation du dernier étage (qui comporte aussi la cuisine), et des 2 passages du pisciniste durant notre séjour. La majorité des housses d’assise est tâchée, les couverts sales ou rouillés. La lumière extérieure n’est pas suffisante pour dîner. Cependant le séjour était agréable, calme et il était appréciable de disposer de divers produits de bain.

Villa Nubita is located with amazing views out onto the clear blue sea and in a primary spot for watching the sunset from the terrace. With a fantastic pool that keeps all the family as active or as leisured as they want to. Within easy reach of a number of excellent beaches and a 10-15 minute drive to the lively Sant Antoni de Portmany for restaurants and bars. The villa is situated as near or as far as you want to be from anywhere on the island - although a car is needed to enable that to be true. Javier was immediately responsive with support, which made any issues completely unconcerning and dealt with quickly and efficiently.
