Unfortunately the listing on AirBnB doesn't match the reality. "Free parking on premises" is not applicable on a pedestrian street. I selected this place because of the ability to park my car onsite for safety reasons but there is no parking onsite: the nearest place to park is on the town's main square, some 5 to 10 minutes walk from the house. I asked the host but he insists that the description on the listing is correct because "parking on the main square is for free". I explained that I don't dispute if it is free or not but that "on premises" means at the property, which wasn't the case. Also there are camera's inside the house, I identified two of them. I asked the host, he assured me that they cannot be triggered remotely, but they can; the model is: AJAX MotionCam (PhOD) Jeweller, just g o o g l e it and you'll find on the vendor's website: "Wireless motion detector taking photos by alarm and on demand (I made photos of the cams as proof for AirBnB)

Lovely roof terrace and views. Very clean comfortable beds. Walking distance to restaurants in lovely Blanca. Listed as having a kayak and hammock which sadly weren't there and could do with a kettle but otherwise a beautiful place to stay.

Lovely roof terrace, information provided about various good walks in the area which was really helpful, having a washing machine and laundry products provided was a great bonus.

Nice and cosy house, well equipped, very quiet and amidst the old part of town; stunning view from the rooftop terrace. Only short walks to the center with some bars, shops and restaurants, the castle uphill and some nice hikes all around. Ricardo is very friendly, fast in response and very helpful. Would stay there again if I'd ever return to Blanca.

Amazing three floor place with a beautiful terrace with 360 views of the surrounding mountains and lots of sun. Apartment was clean and had everything it needed. Bedroom was comfy with great decor. My only complaint is it needs better instructions on how to locate the place. You have to park 5-10 minutes walk away so make sure you organise your stuff to carry up to the apartment. It was definitely worth the exercise though.
