En general todo estuvo según la información y las fotos, luego las instrucciones fueron claras y Nilo se puso a disposición de cualquier cosa que necesitáramos.

Unfortunately the door code we were given to the unit was incorrect. We arrived after a very long drive and had to contact the emergency number for assistance and the person we spoke to was confused and didn't have the info so there was more delay. There was no coffeemaker or toaster in the unit as advertised. There was alot of noise coming from the unit across the hall. The noise comes through an interior window in the master bedroom so it was quite disruptive. The angle of the parking ramp is so high that the bottom of our truck rubbed against the concrete and broke a clamp. There are alot of scrapes showing there so we know we are not the only ones. A little warning would have been nice. Good news is we found a mechanic down the street to fix it. The view to Chimborazo from the terrace was nice.
