This has been the best listing I’ve booked here on Airbnb. The place was really close to all the malls. The complimentary snacks were so cute and the owner is so accommodating to all our questions. Would definitely book it again if k go back to makati. 20/10!!
Apartment just as advertised. Quick jaunt from the airport and a fine place for our overnight layover.

The building is in a perfect location in Makati. Close to Greenbelt mall. The building is pretty outdated, but serviceable. The unit was clean and had everything I needed. I stayed 3 nights with my boyfriend. We then made a mistake and moved to another room that is run by Jam. She has 10 rooms there and the one we stayed in was simply disgusting. Our room 1007 was great. Room 208 was a pig sty. I hate to say that, but it's the truth. Read the reviews of JAM. I would stay in this room again. ❤

Together with my husband I share a love for cozy places and have collected the best ideas and inspirations from the many places we have visited – and now I want to bring those to my own places and share them with visitors to my city. We are passionate about creating places like a little oasis that we ourselves would love to stay at.
