The back patio faces the sand dunes and has outdoor seating and lounge chairs with a fire pit and large beach umbrella. There are few better places to roast a marshmallow and watch the clouds turn pink as the sun sets! A path leads directly from the yard into the sand dunes, where you can explore a large network of trails along the coast and to the beach. With just a quick 100 meter walk from your lounge chair on the patio or your cozy spot in the couch, you'll be standing atop the sand dunes with panoramic views of the North Sea, Ringkøbing Fiord, Hvide Sande, and the rolling dunes. The house itself is cozy, bright, and spacious, with large windows facing the sand dunes throughout the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area in the main wing of the house. Here, you'll also find three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an office space. Down the hall towards the main entrance is the laundry room, an extra sink, and hooks and racks for outerwear and shoes. Located in a private cul-de-sac in the quiet residential part of town, the house has peace and quiet from traffic and tourists. The centre of town, which is full of cafes, restaurants, surf shops, bakeries, fish markets, groceries, art galleries, and more, is within walking distance - just 750 m down the street.
