The home is a 4 bedroom 2 bath home About 1250 sq ft. 4 th bedroom is located outside not attached to the main home. The 4th room has its own entrance from outside. This home is an open space concept! Living room windows do not have curtains nor shades. It’s an open concept. Each bedroom has its own theme designed room Master has a king size bedroom, small white vanity, two night stands and a stand alone shower. Bathroom has marble flooring and it’s equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Second bedroom is located by the hallway bathroom - Queen size bed with small 32” Tv and a closet Third bedroom is two twin beds with a small 32” tv and a small closet Fourth bedroom is located outside - please note this is a add on bedroom. Two twin beds, no TV and small desk Living room is also small but very cozy. Large 70” Tv, desk located to work and light dimming lights located all throughout the ceiling. Kitchen is custom made and also just small. There is no counter space to cook much food. Fridge is a double door fridge- There is a second fridge located in garage for extra food. Dining section- because of our unique mountain, I created a large outdoor seating area, that is where our main dining space is. I also added a small marble table that seats only 4. Garage is a small custom gym. Weights and treadmill provided. Outdoor living - Customized Pool and spa - extra fee to heat pool $100 dollars and spa heat is an additional $25 - this is a daily fee Two Fire place available- 1 located by spa section and second out front. All TVs have access to Hulu, Netflix, and other apps. No cable provided Both bathrooms come with marble floors, shampoo, conditioner and body wash We provide extra blankets and pillows ( no extra sheets unless requested)
