Great place. Well stocked. Only complaint is that the bed linen quality isn’t high, but everything was comfortable. Overall, an awesome location and beautiful condo.

Everything was just perfect: the location is central, a short walk to all the main attractions. The condo is quiet and the house is exquisitely furnished. It is spotless clean (wich is the aspect I look at the most when travelling), cozy and it has everything a family may need for a week. The communication with Ms Tracy was great, they send you all the instructions well ahead of time (map, how to park, gate's code etc..), so once you get there (even after a long drive from Miami..like in our case) it's fairly easy to find your way around. To be honest it was one of my most pleasant experiences with Airbnb. I would definitely recommend!! 10/10

Was very happy with our stay. It was very clean, and Tracey's instructions were right on in helping you navigate to the condo and to get inside. We came at night and had a little trouble finding our parking spot as the numbers were not easy to see - but we quickly figured it out. Only had one small issue since it was very humid and the air conditioner was working very hard... a small leak in the ceiling of the bathroom due to the AC condensor. But the maintenance team was very responsive. The location is about 4+ blocks from the main corner of the Duval street happenings (think Sloppy Joes) - no problems for us but we did take an uber back from the marina once to cut down the walk. But it is VERY near some of the best food (especially breakfast) on the island - so bonus points for that. :-) Would certainly stay here again.

This is a five star rental. Close to everything, Duval St., Mallory Square ect... The rental itself is spacious and clean. Truman Annex is a gated community, very easy in and out by car or by foot. Very safe, friendly neighbors, i cannot say enough nice things about this property.
