This was perfect for our family! Very clean! We loved being able to use the bikes and scooter. The pool was perfect.

This was a very quiet neighborhood, the noise we heard were the mourning doves. 😌. The place was beautiful and clean. Ryan responded quickly to a minor problem (batteries in remote died) he had someone there quickly with replacements. Top notch place. I would definitely stay here again or any of Ryan’s Air B&B locations.

House was great! Very clean, comfortable and had everything you could need. The back yard and pool area was super relaxing. Ryan was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely book again next time we’re visiting family in the Chandler area.

Ryans home was very clean and matched the descriptions and photos. We arrived pretty late but getting into the home was a breeze and we felt right at home once we got in. It was great having a private pool and never got the feeling that neighbors were watching us. I would definitely recommend this home and we would rent it again in the future!
