The host was very proactive, responsive and provided all information very clearly. The apartment was as described and was perfect for our needs when visiting ExCel although great connections everywhere are nearby is another bonus. The cleaning service for 7 day plus stays was useful especially as we were busy all week with an exhibition. Highly recommended.

Nice and clean and warm. Kitchen has everything. Area was super close to everything but Nice and quiet.

Generally enjoyable stay. Apartment is just as the pictures show and a very convenient location for central London. Place was spotlessly clean and the amenities were a nice touch. Why not 5 stars? Firstly, the mattress in the bedroom is terrible and needs replacing. For those with a long stay it could cause problems - it certainly did with my (usually very happy) back. Secondly, communication with the host is hit and miss. I appreciate they're running a business and this isn't someone's home, but responsiveness is important. I had an issue where the hot water and heating went out - I emailed on the address provided and then also phoned the host and was told it was a building wide problem that he was already aware of (but hadn't contacted me). 5 hours later got sent a generic message through Airbnb site repeating what I already knew. No updates thereafter (it came on the next afternoon); also no communication / directions for check-out.

This flat is a well run, professional let. The host communicated well and the accommodation was exactly as advertised. We had no issues and I would recommend.

A good apartment to explore London, a short trip to everything and you can enjoy some peace and quiet on the local walks as well. Highly recommend taking a ferry to Greenland just across. Found it a bit expensive for the size but then again other places were even more expensive at the time. Otherwise the apartment has everything you need. The views are great! Having cleaners come in does help a lot when you are staying with a child.
