The host communicated well and sent a really good descriptive message which made the accommodation easy to locate and access. The accommodation itself was well presented and have to say it also smelt lovely! Unfortunately the double bed was super creaky especially to one side which meant that for the majority of the night it was only suitable for one person to sleep in. The apartment was well equipped with items needed during the stay. Through no fault of the host the view from the windows due to some unfortunate building work the other side of the road was not quite reflective of how the pictures made the view look so would suggest some up to date pictures would prevent the disappointment. Having said that we didn't pick the stay purely for the view so it's good location for us over road that. The location worked so well for walks to the Quay and Hamworthy Park. The supermarket also being in walking distance in the other direction was a bonus so really well situated.

The apartment was superb. very clean and comfortable. Well appointed with everything you would need. The beds were comfortable and clean. The showers were lovely. Really useful having a dedicated car parking space. There is a lift in the building, should you need it. There is currently a large building site across the road which is not a problem from a noise perspective. However, lots of lights are left on overnight and shine directly onto the floor-to-ceiling windows. If you're a light sleeper, definitely take an eye mask! However, this is not Imola's fault obviously. We spent quite a bit of time watching the building work as well as the beautiful Sunseeker boats and lifeboats coming and going. The apartment is about a 5 minute walk away from Poole Quay where there are a number of nice pubs and restaurants to choose from. Imola recommended Pi Pizza so we booked a table. The pizza was fantastic and the 20" pizzas are huge!!! We'd happily stay at this apartment again. 😁
