The apartment was as advertised and then some! Very clean, very quiet, very much worth the money. Host is very responsive and made sure we were right at home. We will definitely be back!

This is a lovely house, and I feel it’s a center of the Houston, make our travel very easy. There also have gym and swimming pools, that surprise me.

The good: Apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped, and once inside safe and secure. Bus stop right out front and a 15 min ride to downtown area. Walgreens within walking distance. The bad: Difficult to locate lock box at check in with the key, neighborhood does not feel safe, key fob did not work with all outside doors making it difficult to navigate to gym and pool area, pool was dirty, and the unit had no electricity for the first 3 hours of our stay. Overall we had a good stay but would not book here again. With the electric problem we encountered we contacted the front desk/maintenance (host not local and didn’t respond immediately), and they told us that Airbnb was not allowed at this complex. Eventually the host responded and contacted the electric company and got power turned back on, but we felt uncomfortable the rest of our stay knowing that we weren’t supposed to be there.

Right in the Museum District and close to numerous amenities. Clean and comfortable apartment. Great stay!
