Place was lovely. It was a little smaller than what we expected but it was perfect for our family. There were a few issues that were resolved immediately. Communication with the host was very good. Note, no dishwasher — took us by surprise!

This is a great place, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is just right for a family of 4-5 people with a large living room, dining room and kitchen. The musical instruments in the house are a very interesting decor. The neighborhood is great, it's better to have a car, because on foot it can be too far. In the area, you need to watch out for paid parking near the beaches. Overall, everything is top five!

Home is exactly as depicted in the pictures, beautiful, charming with a beautiful sunroom on the main floor that doubles as a third bedroom. It has a very mice dining room table, a spacious eat in kitchen, a lovely living room. Location is fabulous in Cutchogue, New York -- quiet and scenic with a lovely bistro walking distance form this great vacation home. One can take a taxi or an Uber to Southold and jump on the Long Island Railroad and head to Greenport and take a ferry to the Shelter Islands. Cindy and Donna of Target are managing the property on behalf of the owner, they are diligent and responsive. This location is ideal, farm enough away from everything to be a true get away and yet not inconveniently remote. I flew in from JFK and took the LIRR. The home owner and those she works with have done a lovely job appointing this home with many amenities, little touches to make it fun and charming, including a piano, an electronic keyboard, an acoustic guitar, and a tambourine. This home is lovely for one person by themselves, a couple -- or two or three couples, or a family. Truly a delightful get away and an ideal vacation home. My only compliant is that I do not own it as my personal residence. It is so lovely and charming I wish I lived here.
