Open concept for the 2 living rooms and backyard, while each bedroom has its own bathroom and is very private. The ideal layout for a short term rental. The home is enough fun with flat screen TVs in every room, and lots of games/lights by the heated pool; so you never have to leave. But, if you do decide to venture out - Old Town Scottsdale is a short walk right next door!

Thanks for having us! Great location , spacious , comfortable and clean. The layout of house is great ! I would stay there again. They are also very responsive and helpful with our stay and questions we had ! I have some constructive criticism. Being a pool owner 75 $ day to heat the pool is steep considering the pool is not that big and 82 degrees for the time of year we were there is not warm enough to enjoy. Being a pool owner it doesn’t cost me 2000 a month to heat the pool and that’s non stop heating in Chicago . Also 950 cleaning service is ridiculous. 150 per person ? Pretty steep. I left the house pretty spotless , did laundry( towels) for them as a courtesy. My biggest recommendation is for that home having a nicer grill , it’s a natural gas grill , iit and took forever to bbq meals as the temperature seemed to never get past 350. So look into that or purchase a different grill. As nice as the house is it should have a great grill !

This property was amazing and perfect for our group who were traveling for an annual retreat. All of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms and there was an abundance of places to spread out to work and relax. The house was pristine, modern and beyond beautiful. I would highly recommend it.

This is a new built home in an established neighborhood. The best of both worlds. So you have the comfort of new home amenities like plumbing/electrical/appliances while also enjoying the mature landscaping and grandfathered watering rights of an older neighborhood. No HOA. There is no closer neighborhood to Old Town Scottsdale, which is the center of Scottsdale's best shopping, dinning, and night life!
Walk, Rent a Scooter or Bike off the street, Uber, or park in the driveway/garage. We have every option to get around Scottsdale from our property.
