This place is a true oasis. I loved seeing both the sunrise and sunset right from the bedroom. The sounds of the gently lapping waves put me to sleep too! You can literally spend all day every day right there, and just feel so relaxed. Dale was really easy to communicate with, and the layout of the place is such that you can see the ocean from all the main rooms. The house is big, bright, and spacious but at the same time is cozy. Everyday we would eat breakfast overlooking the water, go for walks to the beach, and if you're crazy like me, I did polar dips right there at the small beach right at the house. This place was perfect for my mum with mobility issues because the whole main level has everything you need, and there are minimal thresholds throughout the house (she often trips on them), and there's even a walk-in shower.

This the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Truly paradise. Bedrooms are great. You see deer outside the primary bedroom window in the morning. Beach is amazing. We cold plunged a bunch. You can walk to beautiful trails and beaches. Unbelievable.

What a great place. Lovely house with all the amenities to prepare food if you are so inclined. The house is really amazing. Chester and Mahoney are two amazing little towns, with craft breweries and the oldest pub in Nova Scotia. Dale was always attentive and responsive and I would definitely book again.

We will so miss Dale's place at the seaside, walks to the beach, fireplace, sunroom and beautiful views. Dale is a FABULOUS host! Accommodating, responsive and friendly.
