‘The House On Cabbell’. Our stunning late Victorian home has recently been refurbished and is newly available. Enchanting and architecturally imposing, this splendid detached town house has a plethora of characterful details to commend it, making any friends/family gathering something special and memorable. This excellent holiday home is well equipped and pet friendly. Cromer is a vibrant seaside town, We are perfectly placed within short walking distance of all it has to offer. We have 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to a maximum of 12 guests, (10 adults and 2 children). Our family room known as ‘The Flamingo Room’ on the the first floor offers bunkbeds and a comfortable kingsize bed. We can also provide a cot if needed. Additionally on this floor we have ‘The Poppy Room’ with it’s twin beds. ‘The Boudoir’ offers a ornate kingsize bed with a further double bed in ‘The India Room’. This room is large enough to add an addition single bed if separate sleeping arrangements are required. On the ground floor is ‘The Galatea Room’ with its beautiful kingsize fourposter bed and separate shower room accommodating those who don’t wish to take the stairs. This bedroom has an independent kitchenette for making tea and coffee with a separate washing machine. Luxury Hypnos mattresses ensure everyone will get a restful night. An open fire is available in this room with fire guard. The ground floor has 2 reception rooms comfortably furnished, one with an open fire for cosy evenings through out the winter. Enjoy your entertainment from home with Free Wi-Fi and 2 smart TV’s both with Freesat that support Netflix, YouTube, BBC iPlayer and much more. Our private ‘Honesty Library’ is yours to peruse with over 1100 books to explore. 2 dishwashers and a 7 burner range cooker with grill and 2 ovens and a well equipped kitchen will support any self catering requirements. We have a large dinning table in the separate dining room that can accommodate 12 diners. A high chair is available on request. Our separate utility room has a large washing machine and large dryer. We also have a private enclosed garden which is great for barbecues and al fresco dinning throughout the summer. We are pet friendly and can accommodate up to 3 well behaved dogs!
