A very peaceful neighborhood with food and activities within walking distance. The host was proactive, welcoming, and responsive. The location was perfect. The house was clean and beds were very comfortable.

Stayed here for about 4 months and enjoy my experience overall. If I needed anything or if a situation came up, Kody was always available and ready to assist. Quite neighbors and great view! The only downside is lots of stairs to climb to get into the unit & bathroom is upstairs as well. Shower is also on small size. Nevertheless the place is nice, safe, and very comfortable with a cozy couch and a warm fireplace in the living room!

Kody’s place was awesome. Night place to stay for a few nights away! It was very clean, quiet, & restful. It had everything we needed! Overall 5 star stay! Thank you so much!

The place is exactly as described. It has a great view and is within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. The only drawback would be if you struggle with stairs. Was not an issue for us, but there are 3 flights to get into the upper unit. Check in was easy and we had all the instructions we needed for check out the day before. A great place to stay in Dubuque!
