Very warm and comfortable property to stay at. Every kitchen utensil and creature comfort catered for. Good communication. Could use a smart tv, but would happily stay again

Very well maintained and looked after place. Close to the city centre. Within walking distance of all the main attractions in Portsmouth. Finding parking was a bit of a challenge. But that is as expected in a city centre. Great place for a family to stay. Would day again

This property experience has been overall an enjoyable one, it was well-located with a pleasant aesthetic, providing an inviting ambiance that indeed contributed to a delightful stay. The prompt resolution of any encountered issues was commendable; the hosts demonstrated remarkable responsiveness and efficiency, which served to enhance our stay significantly. However, there were instances where certain aspects fell short of our cleanliness expectations, specifically the rugs and sofas, which had noticeable dust. While this did not drastically overshadow the overall positives of the stay, it's an area the host could focus on improving. Despite this minor shortfall, I would still recommend this property for its many strengths, while encouraging potential guests to communicate their cleanliness expectations in advance.
