Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sandy Toes Paradise in Palm Coast exceeded our expectations. Mark was a gracious and wonderful host and very responsive. The pool was a refreshing oasis, heated for a reasonable fee and inviting with plenty of pool toys for the kids. The fully stocked kitchen and thoughtful amenities ensured a comfortable stay. Located a 5 min drive from Publix made for quick and easy grocery runs and other restaurents where a stones throw away as well , We recommend A1A Burrito Works Taco Shop Sandy Toes Paradise is close to Flagler beach and other local attractions and offered the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility with St. Augustine & Daytona Beach being a short car journey away North or South. Overall, our experience at Sandy Toes Paradise was exceptional. The combination of cleanliness, comfort, and the inviting pool made it a memorable stay. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a serene getaway in Palm Coast FL. Thank you Mark.

We really enjoyed this beautiful house. The location is great, close to restaurants… the house is big, clean and very practical. It offers everything you need to stay and more. We want to come back in Summer to enjoy the pool. Thank you for your call just for the WiFi instructions, they are very responsive. Blessings!!!!

Mark and his wife were always extremely responsive to the few questions we had for them....the house is BEAUTIFUL, with an airy, open floor design, and a super kitchen with TWO islands, making food preparation a breeze! All necessary linens and towels, not to mention a plethora of beach and pool accessories, make this a one-stop home for families of any size. The grounds are impeccably maintained, as is the pool (VERY clean), and absolutely everything in the house worked as it should. An extra benefit is the very efficient electronic signals that go off whenever any outside door is opened....a very nice touch, along with the electronic door lock which was a breeze to use. HIGHLY Recommended for anyone wanting a clean, efficient, spacious, and centrally-located home and a friendly owner to interact with.....can't wait to return.....thank you to Mark and his wife....absolutely a 5-star experience in every way!

Hands down, one of my absolute favorite Airbnb stays! Mark’s communication was phenomenal! The home was extremely clean and organized! Neighborhood was pleasantly quiet & safe! I have ZERO COMPLAINTS!! Love it here!

It’s was okay it was no privacy at all his ring camera he watched the whole stay and he had his cleaning lady riding pass the house reporting the cars in the yard which was weird but other than that it was clean spacious and made us feel like home it was just no privacy
