Rachel & Breanna were amazing hosts! Their place was well kept and they were super responsive to any messages. I would stay here again and would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the Madison area.

Overall okay. The room specifically: Nice size. Lacks outlets. Tv is outdated. Room gets too hot for my liking in the warmer months. The price was the most ideal for what I was willing to spend in the area. Overall: You never know who you’re going to get as roommates. I had a few great ones and one who were down right disruptive and erotic. 3 others were fine. There’s 4 rooms total, so it can get a bit too crowded in the house. The owners don’t live at the property full time so the house/property is poorly managed (chores, repairs, garbage, weeds, items left from previous guests, clogged tub, issues with the washing machine, etc). The temp upstairs was too warm for me, but the hosts tried to compromise with a comfortable temp for all guests. House keeping only comes once every 2 weeks, if, which stretches the cleanliness with a crowded house.

Rachel and Breanna were great hosts. Nice place with good amenities. We did not realize there would be other renters there, so we were a little surprised to know that multiple people were staying there. It was not a problem, and everything worked out really well, we just recommend giving a little heads up so people know. :) Also, the cats are amazing and if you get a chance to check out the breakfast place, Everly, I would highly recommend it.
