Although the Madison itself is a beautiful, comfortable space, some of the best features of your stay with us will be found in the community and the greater DFW area. The Madison is perfectly located along Lake Carolyn which provides fine dining situated along the river-walk style paths that are accessible right from the apartment complex. Get PNW style dishes at Pacific Table, grab a Texas style steak at LAW Restaurant, enjoy an elevated Mexican dish at Hugo’s Invitados, or grab your favorite Lone Star State beer at Outlaw Taproom or the Ginger Man.
Want to cruise the lake on a private tour? Rent a Gondola boat and cruise around at sunset. Best part, the boats are BYOB.
Are you a golfer? TPC Four Seasons, Las Colinas Country Club, Cottonwood Valley, and Luna Vista Golf Course are all under 10 minutes from the Madison.
Catching a sports event or a concert while in town? We are just 20 minutes from AT&T Stadium (Cowboys, NFL) and just 13 minutes from American Airlines Center (Dallas Stars, NHL). Toyota Music Factory is just a three minute drive and hosts live music frequently.
A stop into the DFW area would not be complete without fine dining downtown Dallas or some shopping in one of the many villages. Find the perfect dish at Eddie V’s or El Fenix restaurants right in the heart of Dallas and just 19 minutes away. Shop in West Village, Northpark Center, or The Bishop Arts District, all under 20 minutes away.
Enjoy your time here knowing that Las Colinas is a safe and accessible area of the Dallas Metropolitan area. Las Colinas Medical Center and Baylor Medical Center are just eight and ten minutes away respectively. Need groceries? Whole Foods Market is just an 11 minute drive away.

The Madison is just an 11-minute drive from DFW airport and a 15-minute drive from downtown Dallas. Not looking to drive during your stay? The space is within a complex situated on Lake Carolyn and less than a 9-minute walk from several upscale eateries and shops like Pacific Table, Hugo's Invitados and Ginger Man. The Madison is also directly across from the Urban Center stop of the DART rail system. With weekday stops every 25 minutes, the DART can get you where you want to go. Parking in the apartment complex is free and guests must register prior to parking.
