Everything was just as described! There was a small hiccup with the water but was corrected promptly.Mr Kofi is wondering and went out of his way to make sure that I felt at home and personally addressed any issues that I had.The place is great! very stylish and located not far from the action.The Price for the 3 bedrooms is great and the view from the balcony is very nice.There is a nice breeze at all times and the area is generally quite even during the day minus the occasional rooster.lol.The beds are quite firm but wasn't a problem for me.Uber isn't yet operating in this city so you will have to rely on taxis.The area is safe.I will definitely be returning to Sunyani and this is the FIRST place that I'll look to stay.Mr Kofi is genuine,warm and one of the most hospitable hosts/people that I've been fortunate to meet.Thanks for everything!
