Pleasent stay.

This place is at walkable distance (15min) from the Candolim Beach. However the location is very peaceful which I loved the most. Kitchen has all the basic things like Gas-oven, cutlery, basic spices etc. AC, washing machine, fridge, TV, geyser, water purifier all are in good condition. Lastly host is very responsive and helpful. I have few recommendations for this place: 1) power back up 2) Micro oven or Induction oven because kitchen is attached with drawing room and there are no ventilation for kitchen. So use of Gas oven will be it difficult. 3) Wi-Fi speed was 10 mbps which is fine for TV or normal mobile use. But it’s not sufficient for office use. In that case I would suggest to connect with host before hand and ask for better internet speed. 4) Cleaning charges is 200 per day which needs to be pay extra at the property. However airbnb collects a handsome amount for cleaning charges. I am not sure if there are any solution to this.

excellent property clean well equipped with all kitchen utilities including gas stove and Gulzar the host very humble and always available for any help I will always return to this property 😀 I wish can give her more than 5star
