I had a lovely time here, it was perfect to spend a couple days away from the busier areas! Lovely to have the restaurant and café right on the premise, I had quite a few meals here, since there are not a ton of restaurants in walking distance. Food and staff were always enjoyable!

Place was great and absolutely worth the value. Peaceful and quiet, about 15 mins ride away from canggu center which is fine for us. Staff was very quick and responsive at all times which was great. They provide in room breakfast/massage too :) Bike rental avail too. Only things to note- easily took us more than an hour to fill the bathtub with hot water, that’s including boiling water with kettle as well. Made it difficult to enjoy a good bath. Shower’s fine although their soaps dont exactly feel clean. There were also drainage smells most times, pouring hot water into the drains gave us some temporary relief but not deal breaking. Swimming pool had broken tile inside, was pretty unsafe. Everything else looks exact to pic.

The host was very swift with the replies. So, checking-in process was really fuss-free. The Saren is a beautiful place. Wish we had stayed a little longer to fully utilise the accommodations (e.g. pool / bath tub) Location wise, it has little to no access to cafes / restaurants / shops nearby. So, it’s encouraged to get transport instead of walking out. Food will need to be delivered to you. Otherwise, I felt that The Saren’s cafe itself has good food (in terms of the options they offer and taste). The staffs made us felt right at home instantly. Everyone was very friendly and approachable. And everything else listed - photos of the villa / its features etc, they are all as per what were indicated. So we’re very happy with our stay.
