Lovely home with amazing balcony views! Despite having trouble finding the property, the home was clean and spacious. You will need a rental to get to the property, specifically a jeep or truck.

An excellent stay with Malkia! She was very thorough and responsive and made our stay very pleasant. The house was super clean and spacious, well-stocked, and the check-in and check-out processes were simple. The view from the balcony was stunning! The bed arrangement has a king in the master bedroom, a queen and twin in the other, and the couch in the living room is a full size bed. The house is in Fortuna which is about a 20 min drive from the airport if you're not used to driving in VI, and 40 min drive to the ferry terminal on the other end. It's 15mins to the nearest restaurant and grocery store. We appreciated that the neighborhood was quiet and a little more remote. Malika sent us the coordinate of the house instead of an address and even a youtube video for driving instructions that made it easy to find! One con is that the road leading up to the house is quite rough, steep, and unmaintained -- we did it without four-wheel drive, but i'd recommend having it.

This rental was perfect for our week vacation in St Thomas! Very spacious, very clean and has a beautiful view of the island from the balconies. It has a private and comfortable feel. Plenty of kitchen and living room space. We were fortunate to know a nearby local who could transport us around the island but would recommend a rental car otherwise. We had a great stay here!

The property is nice, spacious & fairly clean. It’s a very quiet place, and the view from the patio is awesome. She gives you a welcome basket with wine and fruits, which is nice. Now the property is far from everything, and I would suggest renting a car, but driving on those roads are complex and tight. You have to be a great driver to be able to navigate through. Getting a taxi or personal driver is very expensive and a lot of taxis do not want to come that way, and if they do it’s an arm and a leg. Also there is only AC in the guest room and no where else. Beware of opening up windows, it’s a little different then an American window, as we tried opening up one, and the window almost fell. So we ended up having to take the window down, so we don’t damage it. The host charged us $75 for taking it down.. smh. So if you love AC the way I do, you might want to reconsider, especially in the hotter months. Last, we did see a couple of bugs in the home, but nothing major.
