The house is pretty rough- foundation sinking throughout you can tell by all the very uneven floors and walls cracking. -microwave, dishwasher, and living room fan light do not work host unresponsive about. -cats living under the house. Smells of their urine and poop. - lost power twice. -neighbor parked a tow truck partially across the driveway almost every day and had a strong smell of marijuana smoke every day. -bathroom towel racks were falling off the wall. I could wash clothes and shower to go to work plus I had no time to find another place working 12hrs a day 7 days a week.

Inaccurate description. Place smelled like urine. Got stuck in the bathroom. Rundown neighborhood. Not 5 min away from beach. Eww.
