I had a good time with my family staying here. The managers were very helpful, the security guys in the compound were also very friendly and helpful. I'd do it again!

Emeka was a very pleasant host. Our booking was last minute and although the house wasn’t ready for us the night we booked, Emeka was able to accommodate us on short notice and true to his word, the cleaners came to finalise cleaning the next morning. We needed to catch a very late flight and Emeka allowed us check out later than his usual time which was very helpful for us. Good location Points of improvement I’d recommend that could have made our stay much better 1. Living room air conditioning wasn’t working properly and many times the living room felt hot or stuffy 2. Poorly communicated maintenance work around the house for example water tank being washed without prior knowledge leading to cancelling plans for the day 3. Power issues at the property 4. Lack of regular cleaning service. We stayed at the Airbnb for 8 nights and were told cleaning is only done for when we arrive. I personally found this really strange as cleaning was required 5. Fumigate against insects

My family and I had a pleasant stay at Emeka's place. His spot is in the heart of old Ikoyi, which still has it's charm and tranquility. It's pretty much close to anything you can think of. We felt right at home and even familiarized ourselves with the guards and neighbors. Mr Adeyemi, the house manager made it his mission to ensure all was working well and will occasionally call, just to check in. We will definitely be using this place again, whenever we are in Lagos.

Great location, comfortable beds with a variety of pillows depending on whether you like firm or soft, excellent TV in the living room, amazing water pressure in the shower, and a secure compound with a grassy courtyard space & small trampoline that our kid loved.

Although I had some difficulty getting hold of Emeka, once I did, everything else went smoothly. His building manager Yemi, was very responsive and always checking on us and making sure we are enjoying our stay. Power was on 24 hours. They have generator and inverters. AC is on only when power is on so if AC is critical to you, this is something you should keep in mind. When there is power you can use AC, when there is no power, the generator and inverter keeps everything in the house running except the AC. Security was also tight The house is clean and looks exactly as described. We got a cleaner to come in every other day so that was nice. I will definitely stay here again.
