Christy was a fantastic host!!! Super Friendly and above and beyond helpful!!! The house was spotless and a perfect Maine lodge. So cozy and comfortable. Everything you could need. The lake is beautiful and the kayaks made exploring easy. The islands in the middle of the lake are one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen. I didn’t want to leave!!!

Beautiful spacious house on a beautiful little lake in a beautiful part of Maine. We used the home as base for adventures in Bangor, Blue Hill, Millinocket and Acadia. Reading, kayaking and walking in the peaceful neighborhood without driving anywhere would also be very pleasant. The kitchen, shower and beds were delightful. We had 4 couches to use! The loft bedroom was splendid and we didn't mind that only the one main floor bedroom had a door. Christy was above and beyond all expectations in her communicating, the most accommodating host of any in my multi-year rental experiences. Great location, great cottage, great host. Grab this place if you can!

We loved staying at Christy's place. The house was clean, spacious and provided a much needed respite from our busy lives. It was quiet and secluded. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings and evenings.The location was not to far from many of the places we wanted to go, especially Acadia NP.

Definitely recommend. Quiet and cozy house in a beautiful surroundings let you relax and breathe while connected with nature. Everything as described and Christy being responsive and helpful when needed.
