This was a perfect location for us getting to the Kennesaw and Town Center mall area. The restaurants nearby were all the name brand restaurants. The house has a convenient layout with everything open and not cluttered. The outside view was that of Georgia pine trees and the lake. It was a good option for us instead of checking into a long term hotel. In discussions with the owner, they shared plans to make the place even nicer with some remodeling and other upgrades. Everyone should consider this location as an option for their stay. Since this was winter, we didn't get the chance to enjoy the lake, but we are familiar with Lake Altoona and it is a wonderful lake to fish, camp, or boat around.

The home was very beautiful and clean. The lake access was great! Working with Jamie was easy and we had a good stay! Highly recommended if you like spending time at the lake!

It was a lovely home, felt right at home so as we got there. We were there for work, it was everything we wanted and needed. Very quite and comfortable. Jamie was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

We had the best time at Jamie's cottage. We love the lake and we're so pleased Jamie's family shares all their fun toys... we floated and jumped, & relaxed all weekend!

We were in town for a tournament at LakePoint, the location was perfect 6 minutes from park! When we weren’t at the field we were able to enjoy the dock and swim. Lots if restaurants within 10-15 minutes, the lake was peaceful not much boat traffic. Jamie was very responsive and great to work with, would definitely recommend. Just a heads up, you can hear I-75 traffic from yard and if you plan to use kayaks or paddle boards be sure to bring life jackets. We greatly enjoyed our stay!!
